LunaJets, a private jet broker based in Geneva, had access to an impressive 4800 private aircraft but also faced fierce competition in the digital marketplace. The company knew that online conversions were the key to its success and believed that if more potential customers only knew about LunaJet’s exclusive amenities, conversion rates would rise.
CreativeFeed’s strategy was to provide visitors to LunaJets.com with a much more accurate, personal and ultimately valuable experience with the brand. We began with a complete redesign of the company’s visual identity and user-experience on LunaJet’s mobile and online ecommerce platform. This included reorganizing and rewriting all of the site’s content to clarify and improve visibility to users and search engines. We also recast the site with an updated responsive design and new mobile app, adding a booking module, contextual content and geographically relevant contact information on all pages. Finally, we created a destination-oriented blog, to improve SEO and to give added dimension and utility to the LunaJets brand. The result in 2015, has been a significant improvement in online conversions.
